Setting the work directory

I need to establish the work directory, and I think using [[NEWS.CONTENT_HTML]]quot;/workspace[[NEWS.CONTENT_HTML]]quot; is a good choice for safety. It feels important to ensure this is done correctly because the workspace is where everything will happen.
